The selection process
We offer program placements in IT Projects, Security and Cloud Services. The application and selection process is highly competitive and is designed to ensure you are ready to thrive when confronted with diverse business challenges.
We’ll also want to understand how much exposure you’ve gained on your own, as well as your motivations for pursuing a global internship. The interview process gives you the opportunity to make a personal impression and gives us more information so we can match you with appropriate teams and professionals.
If you’re selected, you’ll get placement support including visa, flight and lodging support and TOLVA’s Bureaux teams will help you get the most out of your experiences. During your internship, you’ll be assigned a performance manager and mentor to ensure you have the tools, resources and support to achieve your professional and personal goals.
